Beginning her career in immigration law, Kiran provided crucial services to low-income families through legal aid, utilizing her language skills in Hindi, Sindhi, Spanish, and French to serve diverse communities. Kiran’s past experience includes settling complex personal injury and breach of contract cases.

As the Former President of the South Asian Bar Association (SABA) of Florida, Kiran held a 300% membership increase and fostered collaboration within the legal community through events like Florida Bar Approved Continuing Legal Education (CLE) sessions. Her empathy and cultural awareness make her a trusted advocate in family law and immigration.

Lynaira Estrada (Lyn)

Lyn brings considerable experience to the paralegal field, having successfully managed a diverse range of legal and administrative responsibilities. With a strong background in client communication, case management and organization and preparation of hearing evidence, Lyn plays a key role in ensuring that legal proceedings run smoothly and efficiently. Skilled in managing case files, drafting, and maintaining meticulous records, Lyn provides vital support to the legal team.

In addition to paralegal expertise, Lyn has held roles in operations management, overseeing administrative tasks and customer service. This background has further honed Lyn’s organizational abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Marguerita Carey brings over a decade of experience as an Executive Administrative professional to our firm, drawing from an extensive background in Medical, Legal, Event Management. Her expertise and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team. Marguerita has developed a reputation for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to handle complex administrative tasks with efficiency and precision. She ensures that each case is supported with flawless organization, allowing our legal team to operate smoothly and effectively.

Marguerita’s commitment to the legal field is underscored by her role as a Guardian ad Litem for the state of Florida, where for four years, she has advocated for the rights and welfare of vulnerable individuals. As a certified County Court Mediator and a Notary Public, Marguerita applies her skills in facilitating constructive dialogue, fostering resolution, and offering vital support to clients in need.

Her professional journey includes three years in a law firm setting and two years in New York’s Housing Court department, where she honed her understanding of legal processes and developed a deep commitment to serving clients with compassion and respect. Marguerita’s strategic approach and problem-solving abilities make her a key player in managing our firm’s daily operations.
